Pellets burner 15-20 kW

All products from Värmebaronen have unique functions for sound economy and comfortable handling. Viking Bio is no exception.
Viking Bio can automatically vary the output depending on how much heating the house requires. When it is really cold outside and the house requires more heating, Viking Bio selects high output.
You can of course choose to disconnect automatic output and run the burner at the output level of your choice.

Security
Viking Bio has a unique control system that monitors the burner. Start-up, output levels, cooling phases are all carefully monitored. Any problems are clearly indicated.
It is possible to connect an external signal that shows that the burner needs attention.

Comfort
Because pellets is a solid fuel the boiler and burner must be cleaned regularly. You can see when it is time on the flue gas thermometer supplied. If you do not clean the burner it will continue to burn but will use more pellets.
Viking Bio is very simple to assemble, adjust and clean. An easy to manage burner gets the work done and ensures good fuel economy.

Suits most boilers
The front burning design makes Viking Bio suitable for most boilers, both old and new.
The combustion chambers of existing boilers and some old boilers have a certain amount of back pressure. Many pellets burners have a problem with this pressure and the overheat protection triggers.
If the burner cannot burn properly in a modern boiler, problems will arise the day the old boiler has to be changed. If things are really bad then the burner might also have to be changed. Viking Bio is therefore a good future investment.
Viking Bio has few movable parts, which gives the burner a long lifespan and quiet operation.

Oil burner 17-77 kW

Viking Pro Pro is a series of modern oil burners in the 17-77kW output class to lower your operating costs.
Preheating the oil to around 70 degrees before it is released through the nozzle makes burning more stable and environmental. In addition, oil consumption is greatly reduced compared to older conventional cold-start burners.

Damper reduces standstill losses
Viking Pro is equipped with a self-closing air damper to prevent unnecessary ventilation and cooling of the boiler when the burner is not in use.

Matched output gives improved efficiency
Matching the oil burner's output with the output needs of the house and the oil boiler's output range improves efficiency. Oil burners are most efficient with longer running times. If the output is too high the running times become shorter with many starts and stops, which reduces the average annual efficiency level.

Simple installation and service
Viking Pro electrics are connected using quick connectors. The burner is connected to the boiler with a swivelling flange, which facilitates service and maintenance.

Complete delivery
The delivery includes an oil filter and a vacuum gauge that indicates when it is time to change the filter. Oils hoses, cable with a Europa plug and Allen key are also included.
